Please Note:

• Processing Time: Allow up to 7 working days for the DMA option change to be implemented.

• Option A Users: A setup guide will be sent to your submitted registered email address. This guide provides instructions on accessing the Parent Portal to manage your child's device settings. (Only the submitted email can be used).

• Resources: You may download the Option A User Guide for further assistance.
